Noise when leveling

When we are leveling our Big Horn, extending or retracting the front legs, there is a loud noise which seems to be coming from the axle area. Has anyone else had this happen and what was the problem?

We have not had any unusual noise when using our landing jacks. I would look closly at your leaf spring. Make sure they have a little upward arch to them. They should not be flat or arched down. Check the welds on the sping mounts too if you can.
