I recently replaced the 120v heating element in my 2008 Dometic 2862 Refer. It didn't work. I checked for voltage at the Refer plug, it was good. Checked the fuses on the power module, good. Now the darn thing won't turn on at all. This thing has less than 20 hrs on it. Any suggestions.

Welcome to the posting side of the Heartland Owners Forum.

Is the battery hooked up and charged? Have you checked the 12v fuses and breakers? The fridge must have 12v to operate on 120v as the controls are 12v.

Here's a link to the 2862 parts manual with a wiring diagram on the last page. I think power comes in at J5 and J6 on the main board.
