My norcold fridge fan keeps cycling on and off every 30 seconds or so. Anybody tell me why?

Sounds like it's running hot. Check your outside vents. The air flow is important and the bottom shouldn't be hot. Also see if anyone has move in

Since it is cycling on and off I would take of the outside panel and check for any loose wires.
I'm not sure if this holds true for the Norcold but other brands have a small thermostat attached to the upper fins on the backside of the refrigerator.
If yours has one it may be bad or it may have come loose from the fins.
If you suspect that it is running hot and you do have that small thermostat you could jump the two wires and make the fan run continuously.
