Norcold Gas Elec 4 door refrige

I have a 2022 Heartland Road Warrior with a Norcold Refridge. My question is when the Refridge is on I can hear the external fan run. It will reun for a few seconds turn off and the come back on in less than 2 seconds. It has been this way since new. is this a mormal opertional characteristic?

Yes. Your fridge has a fan relay switch that activated the fans when too much heat builds up at the back of the fridge. Usually the fans will run for a while and shut off. If yours is running for a few seconds and shutting off and on… you may have a bad relay. It is mounted on the top find on the back of the fridge. It has 2 wires attached. Easy replacement.
Relays can be purchased at dealers for about 10 dollars
