North trail 27RBDS LH awning arm.

Hello all!

My wife and I have a 2020 North Trail 27RDBS and unfortunately had a little awning mishap and we need to replace the left side awning arm. I’ve looked high and low and can’t seem to find the correct one. It looks like it is a Carefree setup. The part that attaches to the outside wall measures at 56 inches but everything I’ve seen is 64 inches. Any insight or links would be greatly appreciated!

Give them a call, on some of the diagrams it is talking about an "extension piece". So, the piece you are looking for, may be the original shorter without an extension on it.
