Northwest Florida folks? Lovebugs......when??

Wondering if we will run into the famous lovebugs when we go down in mid April. Anyone know an approx date for them to appear or is it totally random?

We were in FL until March 19 and they were just starting in FL/GA. Definitely had to clean the little devils off the front of the rig and the truck when we got home. The duration is 4 to 6 weeks usually from April to mid May, so they appear to be early this year. Is it going to be 6 weeks or will it be 8??? Who knows? Winter won't go away either!!!!

We had a bout with June bugs when we left Texas on the 26th of June. They covered the front of the RV and later in our trip we ran into rain and it washed them off. The love bugs were not out in Texas yet. Hope they stay in Florida and Georgia.

Not sure about when the lovrebugs will begin. I haven't see in the Atlanta area yet. We had a very early spring in Georgia and the season is ahead of itself. For sure, you can expect a dusting of yellow pine pollen over everything. If it bothers you, keep the windows closed and pray for rain.
