Noticed Hydraulic Fluid Leaking

Never a good thing to see hydraulic fluid inside the front compartment. I think I might have caught this early, as there is only a small amount on the floor...most is still on these connectors.

Looking at the image, seeing that it is all over the area with the BLUE arrows, leads me to think the connection with the RED arrow might be the problem. I don't see hydraulic fluid anywhere else (other than directly below this...but it isn't a lot)

Is this something I should just try to tighten or something for a professional?

I do NOT want to get deep into the woods and have a hydraulic failure.

We had a leak at the same point but on the end of one of the slideout rams. Ended up being a bad o-ring in that fitting. Bought a new fitting on Amazon (Lippert sells them cheaper, but then charges twice the cost of the part to ship it to you) and replaced it. No leakage since.

Sadly, since mine was hidden by the coroplast, I didn't find out about the leak until we drove up a fairly steep incline to get into a campsite and I noticed the red trail behind us in the gravel. Until I got it fixed (took a few months to get to it), we went through 4 quarts of hydraulic fluid.

Here's a link to the one I bought. Notice that it is a long shank and you'll need a short shank. Might have to poke around a bit to find it. (I'm lazy or I would).

My feeling is that both the 90 degree swivel and straight swivel fittings are leaking and should be tightened. Use two wrenches, one on body of the 90 and the other on the swivel connectors. If tightening does not stop the leak then they may need to be replaced.
