On Some Standard's of Big Horn

This unit does not seem to have remote controled a/c units I thought this was one of the standards.

Also buy all the reading I have done a stool room sprayer should be standard, this unit does not have one onlong with a wall switch for the fan.

Am I wrong in this or is this something to look into...

We no longer use a remote control for A/C units due to the funtionality of the remote. We had some customers complain the remote did not work the greatest. As a result, BIGHORN made a change and put wall thermostats in each units.

BIGHORN now uses a porcelain toilet standard and does not have a sparyer in the commode.

Can you also tell me in the littature says that fan in gomode room has a wall switch this one has only switch on fan...

Mike,

We have never has a wall switch for the fan in the commode room. Not sure why our literature makes that statement. We will be updating out literature within the next 30 days and that will be updated. Sorry for the confusion.
