One Control motion lock

why did One Control change and start locking out systems from phone app? have to go into trailer to unlock leveling system to unhitch truck. thats crazy!! how can i turn motion lock off?

Do you have an external control panel that can be used to control the front legs and leveling system? Our OneControl has always locked the phone app once we hitched up. I always assumed it was a safety feature so someone didn't accidentally bring a slide out while going down the road.
