One Pot Camper Pasta

I always enjoy making one pot pasta

Ingredients:
Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Small tomatoes
Fresh basil, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped
salt/pepper, to taste
crushed chillies
olive oil
parmesan cheese
linguine, or spaghetti

Cook pasta as directed. Up to around the half cooking time of pasta, put all the ingredients except for the cheese. Cook on medium heat for 1.5-2 minutes. Lower temperature to low heat, toss and stir continuously until the liquid becomes thick sauce. Serve with more fresh basil and top with cheese. :)

This recipe is good. I first enjoyed this recipe after making camp at the end of a long day of travel. I later enjoyed it in the comforts of home. Either way it’s delicious and easy! :)

Oh, I love one pot pasta! It’s so simple but feels fancy with fresh ingredients like basil and parsley. I made something similar last week, and it’s a perfect go-to for a quick meal after a long day. I threw in some fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden, and they just melted into the sauce perfectly. Plus, using all natural food really makes a difference – I found some great olive oil recently, and it added such a rich flavor.
