Oven heat

Does anyone have their Atwood oven that takes more than 30 mins to reach a temperature of 350* and the dial is out 25* I needed 425* for my GF muffins?
I have looked at the paperwork on site here and nothing on how to fix this problem.

not an Atwood but does take awhile to heat up & the temp is way off
