p16srd 110 watt solar panel, need to remove

We have a p16srd trailer and need to upgrade the small 110 watt flex solar panel. Just wondering if anyone has taken that off yet? Just dicor surrounding it but not sure if glued down in the middle as well. want to replace it with 3 100 watt flex solar panels wired in a series. Already upgraded the pwm controller with a mppt controller.
