We chose to take the public transportation (shuttle) that runs down the Strip, etc. for our "sightseeing", and walked a bunch. That way, no worries on parking truck. All other travels around town, we were fine to park.

They have a transit parking lot across from McCarran, next to the ballpark, where you can easily park and take the strip shuttle. That's what I did with my Dually Diesel when I visited there in January 2012.

We were in Vegas for the Nascar earlier this month - We parked the one ton at the overheight lot around the back of the Trump tower (just off strip) and took the shuttle to Caesars.

Drive past the Trump tower, follow the delivery signs around the back - the surface lot is to the east of Trump tower.

We did have friends staying at the Trump tower as well.

Bally's has a parking lot right off of Flamingo Road. We park there all the time with our Dually. Easy access to all of the other Hotels.

We stayed at Sam's Town Hotel & Casino CAmpground... Great casino and nice campground. Free shuttle service to the strip... We actually preferred Sam's Town Casino over the Strip... Good restaurants, Movie theatre, and all right there at the campground....

While going through Las Vegas last fall, we stayed at the Oasis Las Vegas RV resort after studying parks in that area to ad nauseam. I'm sorry to say that I generally over analyze projects, and finding RV parks along our traveling route is part of my over-analyzing hangup. I am pleased to say that the Oasis Las Vegas RV park was an excellent, very clean park and would certainly stay their again. The negative was the price of several nights at a little over $52 per night for a premium site. It was easier to accept after getting references on another RV park in that area we were considering, ajacent to a Walmart, thinking that might be kind of handy, although the references I got on the park close to Walmart suggested that some of the druggies from the Walmart parking lot would wander over into the RV park on occasion. Things like this make decisions easier.

Referencing parking in the strip area, there are numerous parks that we felt comfortable pulling the truck into. Should be easy to find; particularly the open (non-covered) lots. Happy Trails, gebills.

We stayed at the KOA behind Circus Circus. Basically a glorified parking lot, but it was a great location for visiting the Strip. Walk about 1 block (through the hotel/casino) to the shuttle.

Every casino will have room to park. and yes they will fit in parking garages. Floyd

Floyd is probably the most qualified to answer, as he lives in Vegas and owns a crew cab dually. :) Trace

I second this. We just got back today (oops, it's yesterday now) from 5 night's at Sam's Town RV Park. We have stayed here several times.

We stay here because it is just 2-3 miles from the World's largest monster truck show that I attend with my don each year.

It is not a destination park like the Oasis, but it is nice, clean, reasonably priced, safe and a very short walk to all that Sam's Town has to offer (food, casino, bowling, bingo, movies, pretty cool free show in the atrium area each night, etc)
