Plumbing or Electrical Issue?

After draining and flushing the black tank the gauge on the main panel shows the tank is still 2/3 full. The water runs clear after cleaning it and I hear the sprinkler spinning. Thoughts? We have a 2015 Landmark Newport.

The gauges are not known for accuracy.
Many here including myself don't bother to look at the gauges.

Yep, I only pay attention to my fresh water tank gauge.
