I went to the Pomona RV show today. Wow, it was not like last year at all. Of course any manufacturer that has gone out of business was not there (WW, Alfa, National, etc).
No Heartlands this year. I can understand why, the show was dead. It was more like 5 sales people to one customer today. I know shows take a ton of money to put one, just would have been nice to see the newer models.
Nicest rig I saw there was a Showhauler truck conversion. 45 feet in length, 3 AC's, 3 slides, priced at $273,000.00. I will keep my BH for a long time after seeing that.
The vendor tent was dead, almost all timeshare sales or kitchen supplies. Morryde was there as was Banks.
The show reflected the state of the economy.
Hopefully will be better next year.
