Prowler 303BH converter location

We are not getting power when we are not hooked up to shore power. The battery is fully charged. We have been told the converter may have been unplugged by vibration or the fuses in the converter are blown. We can not locate the converter, however. The dealer service dept told us "it could be anywhere" anyone with this model able to help?

Assuming you are talking about 12VDC power, correct?
The converter could be near the beaker panel, generally close to the battery(ies).
If the battery is fully charged, it seems the converter is fine.
Is the battery disconnect turned on for the 12VDC power?

There should be a row of 12v mini breakers near the battery. One of them is a manual reset with a small black reset button, If that one is tripped 12v power wont travel to trailer.

The trailer gets zero power from the battery although it is charged. This model has no disconnect, it is supposedly automatic. Also, it is neither near the breaker panel or the battery - we have already looked.

I have never seen a unit without a 12 v disconnect. Check the side of the A frame to see if it’s mounted there… also as mentioned there should be a breaker or two mounted near the battery. Also follow the lead from the battery as it goes under your trailer and see if there is an inline fuse holder mounted to the bottom of your trailer. I have seen this blow and no power to unit. It will in a red rubber holder. Usually 40 amp fuse. Worth following battery lead cable under unit to see if there is one installed .
