You really don't need a special table. Just put it on the picnic table. It is designed so well there is very little heat transferred to the table.

I use the RVQ that came with the TT. The flames are usually quite small but allow me to enjoy the fresh air longerI do wish the pressure was a bit better.
Our flames are also quite small with our RVQ. Are you able to light all 3 burners on your (inside) stove top at the same time? We can't and selling dealer claims that the pressure regulator needs to be replaced. That could be a reason the flames from the RVQ are so small.
