rear stabilizer

I recently hit the rear stabilizer on the ground while crossing over a dip in the road and broke the jack screw right were it enters the motor assembly. I can't seem to find what brand/model the stabilizer is. Does anyone know what brand/model it is so I can get some replacement parts? This is for a 2008 4012.

If you call Heartland Customer Service and give them your VIN, they should be able to pull all that up for you.
