Rear stablizers and power cord retractor will not work

Rear stablizers and power cord retractor will not work on my 2011 Big Horn 3670. When I tried to retract the rear stabllizers, nothing happened, I had to crank them up by hand, then I tried to retract the power cord and that was dead also. Anyideas on what could be the source of this problem.

Both motors are probably powered through the 12V automotive-style circuit breakers located near the battery. Take a look at our 12V Block Diagram and Diagnostic Guide. The manual reset breaker may have tripped.

unable to locatre any tripped circuit breakers inside the breakers panel and there are no breakers are fuses near the battery

There has to be a bank of small breakers located right behind the battery.
They all have red rubber covers.
One of them has a tiny reset button.
