Recaulking seams

Its time to do this job and I was just looking for some input @ removing old caulk, cleaning, surface preparation, and the right caulk to use. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Chuck, The product that the Heartland Tech's were using at National rally was ( Sikaflex - 505UV ) . I had asked the same ?'s in the past and I was told to goto Lowes and ask for DAP PRO Caulk™ Tool Kit !! This caulking kit does a great job.
