- Butter to grease the pan
- Flour to dust pan
- 8oz - Butter - Melted
- 3 - Large Eggs
- 1 cup - Sugar - Sifted
- 1 cup - Brown Sugar - Sifted
- 1/2 cup - Flour - Sifted
- 1-1/3 cup - Cocoa Powder -Sifted
- 1 TBS - Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp - Kosher Salt
- 1 cup - Chopped Nuts - Opitional
Preparation Instructions

- Pre-heat oven to 300*F
- Grease and dust an 8" x 8" pan - side aside
- Using a whisk or wire attachment on mixer, beat eggs until very fluffy and yellow
- Add both white and brown sugars to the eggs and mix well
- Add the rest of the ingredient slowly and continue mixing until well combined and smooth
- Pour batter into the prepared 8x8 pan
- Bake in 300*F oven for 45-75 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and enjoy
