Seems to be working much better today.

Not for nothing, and I'll gladly take the heat, but some of the pics on the opening scroll look like they came from a Cialis commercial

Cialis in one (no bath tubs, tho) and Geritol in another. :)

Damon, I'm still not sure if we are to "Register" with another ID or use my current Forum ID, which doesn't work, for the MY Heartland area. What I have seen looks really good. Doug

It would not take my Forum log in...so had to register but used my forum ID for this as well. It took it.

The new site is frustrating.
Trying to look at pictures, Landmark, Bighorn or Cyclone

Long time to load
Scroll through the thumbnails, click on a picture, for instance the bedspread on the Landmark (still think it doesn't belong as well as the red velvet seat), the link takes you to the beginning of 80 pictures. So trying to look at a picture in the middle takes forever. And, after scrolling through 3-5 pictures it kicks out back to the thumbnails, where you start all over again.

It is not my computer, and I don't think it is my net connection, I am consistently getting 80+ mbps.

The Landmark pics also the fridge option that was here to stay (for a few months anyway).

BTW, in the picture gallery of the Cyclone 4150, the pic of the washer dryer hook up shows a damaged side wall.
And, the living room does not match the floor plan!

Slow, slow, slow.

The old site was much better. Better organized. Information more available.

The new site does have some very nice graphics, but ...

From ma marketing standpoint. This is a disaster. It will turn people away.***

I am sure they will get it right and the net result will be an improvement. They might be using an old server with too high expectations.

The photos and graphic elements should be reduced in size. Here are some before and after using Photoshop CS4 - Save for Web

Here's background image 1 - about 95 KB
LM365small.jpg

Here's the same image saved for the web - 8 KB
LM365small-saved-for-web.jpg
(Difference in background has nothing to do with resizing.)

Here's the first background image - about 62 KB
hl_field_and_sunset.jpg

Here's the same image saved for the web - 24 KB

Just tried to access it and couldn't. I use Chrome as a browser. Received the following error, but it looks like it is an SQL database error from trying to access an error message database.

"Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: Could not connect to MySQL"

I got the same thing from my tablet. Chrome/Android.

The idea of three clicks is great. But it is too slow to load. I get the error ' could not connect... MySQL'. I have also got 'error 0' once. After that I gave up.

Finally got the site to load - extremely slow - since when is the Sundance line not a mid-profile?

While I have not had time to play around last weekend, (I was jeepin') I appreciate the fact that Heartland employees come here and ask for feedback. Thank you! Hope to provide some soon.

Moved on to the next thing...
It appears the website has been taken down. I'm getting the 404 error.

Using my desktop computer, I just clicked on the link to the new Heartland website . . .

It loaded . . . but took about 20 seconds.

My guess is the webmaster is working on it as we speak!

I think you may be right. I just checked it and it loaded OK but clicked one of the page links and got the dreaded 505 internal server error.

I continue have some pages load fine and other pages that hang and never load. Nothing consistently. Even pages successfully visited in the same browser session seem to hang and never load.
