Refrigerator Light

Does anyone have an idea about the refrigerator light not working? The bulb is good; the door switches are good. But no voltage to bulb, I have had this worked on at dealer before and they said it was a loose wire. Problem is, I didn’t ask where the wire was located. Anybody have an idea where the wire is located and how to get to it? Also, has anyone notice a lot of moisture between the doors, so much that when you open the door it puddles water (small puddle) on floor? This would be with doors shut and looking between the doors. Temperature is fine inside the fridge.
Thanks Jerry

My 1350 had the same problem and I finally got it fixed a week ago. There was a loose fuse on the circuit board. See this thread.

I am not sure on this, but I think that the switch closes the circuit to ground. So I would check for continuity to ground at the switch. Then I would look for positive at the bulb. You will need to use your meter and check both sides of the bulb with one probe and one probe to ground.
If you are getting moisture between the doors then you most likely not sealing at the gasket. Use the dollar bill pull test to check the gaskets.
Also when you close the doors be sure to push them tight.

I remember someone commented about the 2 door fridge having a flap or something between the doors and it was not adjusted correctly and allowing air and moisture to accumulate. Also I think you have a switch on the upper frame of the fridge door opening for high humidity places. You might check owners manual.

View attachment RM1350 Wiring Diagram w notes.pdfThanks everyone for your replies,

Dan thanks for the print and Dave circuit does close to ground. I copied the print and starting isolating my problem. Seems if you have a refrigerator light problem start at this relay. At the relay you should have voltage on 87,30,and 86. You will have a ground on 85.I did not have any voltage at the relay, but I did have a ground on 85. I ran the no voltage on 30 back and overlooked the fuse (the one you were talking about Dan). When I moved the wires back, there it was, a mini fuse. I took my meter lead end and pushed on the fuse and it started working. Also a fan came on. Again, thanks Dan seems I had the same problem you did. Now, I just need a good idea for tightening the cradle the fuse sits in. Anyone have a suggestion?
Now I can check on your suggestion Jim.
