Relocate thermostat / fan control switch

This mod not only pertains to my Landmark but several other Heartland models where the bathroom door hits the thermostat and Fantastic ceiling fan switch when swung open against the wall. It not only had the potential of damaging the controls and the door but prevented the door from opening all the way. I relocated both controls plus light switches to a more convenient location and as you can see the door now opens all the way. I just ordered a new wall panel and seam tape from Heartland and replaced the original section. Paul

I moved mine to the curved section of the wall at the same height and mounted a flat knickknack to cover the holes. I then put a magnetic door stop to keep the door open and away from the wall.
