Remodeling an RV

Has anyone remodeled the interior of their RV like taking out the couches and putting in tables or storage? I've been watching an RV show and saw some remodeling.

Have not done anything to ours, but sounds interesting.

There have been quite a few posts of people remodeling the insides of their rigs, changing out their couches for desks and work stations, as well as changing flooring, window coverings, backsplash, lights, faucets, and everything in between.
