Remove Jensen TV in Bedroom of 2011 Big Horn 3670

I am replacing my bat wing antenna with a King Jack Low Profile antenna. I need to access the amplifier mount behind the Jensen TV in the bedroom. I cannot get to the wall plate behind the TV without removing the TV. It is mounted on a tilted black "board" that does not move. How do I get the TV loose from the board? I can see two small screws on the board on either side of the TV. Do I remove them? Does this allow me to access some sort of bracket?

Our Jensen in the bedroom is mounted to a bracket similar to this. By pressing the tab at the top of the back slot, the TV can be lifted up from the bracket.
