Replace the porch bulb

Evidently our light burned out sometime last evening. Looking at it this am appears the amber lens pops out but not seeing any place to insert a screwdriver and don't want to crack the lens. Anyone has experience changing these?

Tried the electrical section for some reason won't allow new posts

The lens is held in with three little tabs. Two on the top and one on the bottom.
You can take a small screwdriver or other small prying device, like a butter knife, and carefully pry to separate the lens from the holder. There is not much of a tab holding the lens in so very little prying is needed.

You can just about squeeze it enough to flex the tabs out. Once one comes out, it gets easier. Good time to replace the light with a motion sensor security light. With a LED bulb, it's a good thing.

Thanks all as always correct and timely information. Plan on going with the LED lights once were back to CO. and can order. At present we're in the Blackhills till Sunday.
