Replacement Ladder Standoff

We have a 2011 3055RL Bighorn and one of the ladder standoffs is having a problem. In looking for a replacement, we find that SURCO (don't believe this is the mfg.) is 5" and ours is 9" (thinking this may be a Stromberg Carlson ladder, but the body connection plate piece to FW does not look the same - round vs. oval). Would anyone know who the ladder manufacturer is for this model of FW? The standoff is the support piece that connects the actual ladder to the body of the FW. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried contacting Heartland parts department for this?

Any chance you could remove the good ladder standoff, and take it to a metal machine shop to duplicate the part???

Haven't contacted Heartland yet, but will. Thanks for the feedback and I'll let you know what happens.

Just an update - didn't have to replace the ladder standoff. The standoff nut was stripped. Replaced it and the ladder is back to being solid and firm!
