We a first time owner of a travel trailer. We just brought a 2019 Heartland Pioneer QB300. We are looking for a parts catalog and manuals. We are mainly looking to see if we can find a replacement remote for the outdoor accent lighting. Any help would be get.

There really are no such books. You might try calling heartland and see if they can help. The manuals for the RVs are so generic there isnt any parts break outs either.
