Replacement Stereo

I have a 2012 Trail Runner Edition Heartland RV and the stereo has stopped working. It has 12V to the stereo, but it will not power on. The Touch Audio, VD-300i is the original stereo, is there anyone that repairs them, or what other stereo is out there that will replace it, without much modification?

You mention that there is 12 volts to the unit. Have you pulled it out to check if there is a fuse behind the unit and that it is good?

If nothing else works, there are several options to buy a new unit. Just check the size to insure a new one will fit you opening.
Just Google "RV Radio" Is should yield several possibilities.
