LCi Electronic Leveling Monitor not working

2012 Heartland Bighorn BH 3610RE
My monitor display is showing nothing and no buttons work.
I removed the RV Battery for the winter and reinstalled it this spring.
Monitor was working when I put RV to bed in fall.
I was out to the Rv in Jan and the device was beeping. not sure how it was getting power as shore power was disconnected also. Possibly from Solar panel system??
I hit on/off button at that time and beeping stopped.
When I reinstalled battery and reconnected to shore power this is what i got.
Their seems to be power to the controller but it is not working.
Is there a reset button?
Can't find a manual on this component also
any help appreciated

Do the easy stuff first. Check all the fuses and check that the battery is at 12 volts or 13+ volts if on shore power.
Check the wiring to insure none of the wires have been broken or badly pinched or disconnected. Unplug the control panel for a couple of minutes and plug it back in. This can clear a lot of problems.

If it still doesn't work after that, I would suggest you reach out to Lippert for help.
