I have to replace my dual power source water heater on my 09 Sundance. Because of high cost to have it done at the dealership, I was wondering if anyone out there has replaced their water heater themselves.

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.
A lot of folks have replaced or had to pull the water heater themselves and I don't think it to much of a job. I'm sure some of our members that have done the job will jump in soon with some info for you. You might take a look at the Tools tab and HUG area at top of page,,, lots of good info there and a lot of the guides and info is from folks that actually use RV's and do their own work.
Join us at a rally when you can and meet lots of the great folks here and make friends for a lifetime.
