I would be trying to figure out what the 3 small red wires are that are connected to the battery and are bypassing the battery cut-off switch. At the least I would check them for current drain to see if they could run the batteries down. The battery disconnect switch should cut off everything. The red wire to the generator starter doesn't count, no current draw.

When I get home tonight I will trace them and give you the answer. I am pretty sure one is for the trailer brake, one is probably for my inverter controller and I think the third is for a TPMS extender.

Why not take it back to the dealer as they are the ones that are paid to make sure that everything is working properly before you take ownership. Or contact Heartland and see if they will allow someone else to come to you to wire it up.

Thanks for the video, my dealer had the gen wires hooked to the battery wrong after s
toring my 4100 king for the winter.
