Return Air Grill Under Refrigerator

I own a 2009 Bighorn 3055RL and I'm looking for the return air grill that goes under the refrigerator. Or a replacement. We had a refrigerator defrost and the water leaked down and soaked the grill which is just press board and it fell apart. I can seem to find a replacement size in metal at any of the home improvement stores. Any suggestions?

I would just make something out of oak veneer. The wood cabinets are not oak in the 3055 but the grain is close enough.

In my old 3055, I sealed the return below the refrigerator as it is just open to the basement and would get unwanted air back from the basement. The furnace will work with this sealed.
