We plugged our EMS into the pedestal and later it flashed reversed polarity. We unplugged it, replugged it and no more issue. We were thinking we'd have to get an extension cord at camping world.
Contact the Park... they should send an employee to look into the problem. We experienced a low voltage issue at River Forks Campground once. The wiring is not copper but instead Aluminun... which can often have corrosion at the terminal connections. Their Electrician fixed the problem...
