Rock Shadows RV Park is a very nice park to go to. We are about 2 blocks to the west at SunRise resort. We have been at this park for 4 years now and enjoy this resort very much. Enjoy your winter in Arizona!!

We plan to go to Arizona Spring Training the spring of 2013 (retirement Oct 1 2012) and when I was researching many of the RV parks in the Phoenix area (Apache Junction included) were for senior citizens only. We are quite a ways off from that (45 & 47). Does anyone know how strict they are with this policy? We have no kids at home, no pet, aren't partiers...and we certainly could act like senior citizens if needed. I noticed that Rock Shadows wasn't designated as a senior place.

You might get away with a few nights. However, most senior parks I have visited long term, have asked for ID to verify age. Some are pretty strict about it.
You are most likely going to have to show ID with payment anyway, which will show your age.
