They recommend using Dicor products to clean and care for your roof because it's the manufacturer's product, (Can't go wrong with that). I cleaned mine yesterday using simple green because it is bio-degradable and I felt it wouldn't damage the decals.
This morning I realized the trailer needed to be washed because the sides were covered with roof runoff from washing it. I realized that it hadn't been washed since June and it really was dirty although it didn't look bad. The worst was the gutters and trim above them were black and dirty and two gutter ends were green with mold, used some Tilex bathroom cleaner on the mold.
Conclusion is that the cleaners worked well and since a storage garage is never going to be in the future, I should wash the trailer more often, roof at least 2 times a year. Especially after pollen season when covers it with green stuff.
