after doing some research, I have decided to go with the Henry's Tropi-Cool 887. Going to use it on my seams, let it cure for 24 hours, then do the whole roof. I can't afford that Flex Armor. Feedback on this plan of action will be appreciated. thanks everyone.

had the plastic cover off today and was looking at it. not quite sure about how i am going to seal it. maybe slap some under it with a brush, but looks like there is some sort of a foam gasket around the bottom.

I can't afford flex armor either, but I can less afford a reroof with edpm. My quote is $6,9++. I'm getting some help from Dicor because from the pictures I sent they agree there is no help for mine. This is the original roof installed in 2017. It's been wash every year with either Dawn or Dicor and covered in the south all winter.

I only paid 12,000 for my camper, used. can't see putting that much into refinishing my roof when i can do it for less than 500.00. Also, does anyone know if WD 40 will harm the EPDM coating? I found that WD 40 will remove the Dicor lap sealant really easy.

Don't worry about it too much.
I think my professional RV servicers used a narrow brush to do the best they could under the lip of the air conditioner (using rollers for the big surfaces). The Air Conditioner top unit has a mounting gasket to seal the roof and interior from rainwater and air conditioning condensate water. The AC pan has channels and drip holes to move the condensate water away from the AC pan.
If you ever have cause to remove the air conditioner top unit, you could apply a little more roof treatment then, if you feel you need to.

This might be a good time to do a routine tightening of the 4 inside bolts on the air conditioner maintaining the "squeeze" on the foam roof gasket.

Just give the 4 mounting bolts a turn to snug the mounting gasket
