RV park Chicago Area

We are planning a trip to the Chicago Area (Shedd Aquarium) trying to find a place to stay.
Do you have any suggestions I can't see to find anything.

Try looking up Kane county web site they have two campgrounds that all the closest. I have found. They don't have full hook ups though.

There are a couple parks near Joliet, IL which is on I-55, South of Chicago. One is a Casino and the other is a membership park, (Leisure Lakes I believe), but you can stay at either one. Getting on I-55 will take you right up into the city.

May want to consider Indiana Dunes State park located in Chesterton, IN and ride a commuter train to the city. The train station is located near the entrance to the park. The state park is nice very busy on weekend though. Links below to state park and train.
