Alan, I have the same issue with my rig. If the angle a the dump station isn't right, I can only empty about half my tanks. Very frustrating. One thing I have considered is routing the line under the underbelly. Then I wouldn't be fighting the sag of the tanks. If you look the pictures, having the pipes routed through the frame is the limiting factor. If you 90 down out of the valve and had a nice slope to the main valve under the underbelly, your problems would be solved.
