Screws backing out

On my front cap the screws have backed out thru the vinyl wrap that covers the track. This is on the roof. Any ideas

Possible frame flexing, water intrusion causing rusting of screws

If they are fastening to something solid, I would replace them and seal the top with Eturnabond.
