This has been a concern of ours for quite a while on the cabinet doors and framework throughout the coach. We used the clear plastic corner trim pieces available at home centers where we could. They have a clear adhesive strip that works pretty good. One of these days I want to lightly sand all the sharp corners and refinish with natural stain and finish.

This is the main reason we passed on the 3055rl, and moved to the 3400RE which we are totally pleased with. That extra cabinet not only was dangerous with its sharp edges, but broke the room up so that while in the kitchen it blocked off the living room.
