Shock Absorbers

First off, I don't have a monkey in this circus. I found this interesting article about aftermarket shock absorbers in the recent edition of Trailer Life. I see how this improves the shock performance, but does it make a noticeable difference in the trailer? I've never noticed mine bouncing much...

Magazine article says $495 for a tandem axle kit.

Lippert makes a shock kit that you can buy at Camping World at about 1/2 the cost. The only position where it does not fit is where you have a horizontal drive bar. I talked to the guy at Lippert who developed the kit and he was going to have a fix for this location. The Lippert guy is the same guy that developed the Ground Control, Sonny.
