Ok so I know this has probably been asked before, but here goes anyway. I am extremely frustrated right now with trying to remove the silicone caulk used in the shower where the glass meets the shower surround. It seems to come off the shower surround fairly easily (one of the reasons we are removing it/shower leaks), but I am having a heck of a time getting it off the metal part that frames the glass. I am using plastic scrapers, metal scrapers, razor blade (all carefully of course), rubbing alcohol, pencil eraser, my fingernail. What will take this crap off? I also do not want to ever use silicone again! What can I use to replace it? I don't have months to work on this stuff. Please Help!!!!
