3 months new and noted slide out cables rub on all metal openings (on the track openings from the cable pulleys and on the through openings near the floor. CW wanted to widen the through holes but Factory says do it and you void the warranty. Factory's fix is "cables should have a 1" slack in them" but no one seems to think that putting slack in the cables will fix it - except the warranty department. I really don't know what the correct fix is and I don't want to be left with frayed cables when the warranty expires. HELP
