We have a new 2017 Wilderness 2575 and have noticed when slid out it angles down slightly with RV leveled. I asked the dealer and he said it was normal made so water drains away from RV. Is he correct or just Bull. It looks like it sitting against seals and you can't lift it up.

As a rule the roof of any slide should angle down and away from the coach, to let the water run off. Kinda of like the pitch of any roof. That part is correct. Usually though the floor should be relatively level.
