Slide out rubber seal lubricant

Hi. I live in the desert (Las Vegas) and want to keep the rubber seals on my Big Country slide outs protected. Does anyone recommend a particular product that can be applied and where could I get it. I've been told a silicon based treatment is not recommended. Thanks.

303 Aerospace protectant is the product many of us use. Spray on a rag and you can get both sides of the seal. Also a good choice to protect tires, a/c shrouds etc. from uv rays.

My husband and I were just talking about the tires. Never thought about the a/c shrouds. Is the protect you are recommending?
