Did you get ahold of the people to help you? I have to say that Heartland treated us like gold. We have a 2014 Cyclone toy hauler. In 2022, we had it in for regular service. We discovered that one of the A/C units was installed incorrectly from the factory. There were staples and a nail (if I’m correct) that was put through the A/C and then through the roof itself. It should not have been through the roof. We never had any leaking, but it was a matter of time. Especially with NE Ohio Winters. Anyway, we got ahold of Heartland and they admitted the mistake. (8 years later). They told us that if we would bring the trailer to their service center in Indiana, they would replace the entire roof…100% free. Wow! That was a no-brainer. We now have a 2014 trailer in fantastic shape with a 2022 roof.
