Slideout does not open

Having trouble opening slideout. Sounds like it would go in but won't go out.

What model RV do you have, which slideout, and is it electric or hydraulic?

We have a landmark augusta, and an identical truck to yours, on our living room slide we lost a leveler bolt , this caused the slide to drop but it went in and out, it was a little disconcerting , TRX in Saskatoon fixed it up for me quite quickly , one bolt and they had to lift the slide. This summer while in goschen I noticed one mising, went to Lippert and they gave me 2, suggested using locktite blue, not red.

We had another situation where the slides would all go out when I dropped or raised the legs. This past summer at goschen the Lipert guys gave some special juice that helped control the hydrolics.
