Umm, it shouldn't smoke. You may be smelling dust and such in the vents and you'll need to vacuum those vents out when you can.

But it should not smoke. Ever.

EDIT: I read the OP's comments as smoke INSIDE the RV, not smoke from the exterior exhaust.

How long does it take a new furnace to stop smoking?

When I did HVAC 1st time start up would cause oil on duct work to smoke. Will eventually stop with use.

How long does it take a new furnace to stop smoking?

I noticed a slight amount of smoke from the exterior vents of my furnace during the PDI. I don't use the furnace much and it was gone shortly.
